Updated over a month ago

The high season is a unique opportunity to maximize revenue, but increasing prices requires strategy. Learn how to adjust your rates competitively without affecting the guest experience.

Step 1 - Log in to the platform

Access your account by entering your credentials (email and Aloha password) on the login page.

  • Forgot your credentials? Contact the support team through the chat on the platform for help recovering your access.

Step 2 - Access the Smart Price Rules

Once you’ve logged in and are on the main dashboard, go to the Prices section in the sidebar menu. From this section, select the Smart Rules option to begin the setup.

Step 3 - View Available Smart Rules

In the Smart Rules section, you’ll see a list of rules that have been created previously.

  • If you already have rules created: They will appear in a list.

  • If no rules have been created: A message will appear indicating there are no results to show, with the option to create a new smart rule.

Step 4 - Create a New Smart Rule

To set up a new smart rule, select the Add button at the top right of the section. This will open a form where you can define the parameters for your new rule.

Step 5 - Configure the Details of the Smart Rule

After selecting the Add button, a menu will open to configure the parameters of the new smart rule. Complete the following fields:

  • Rule Name: Assign a name that easily identifies this rule.

  • Enable date range (optional): If you choose this option, a calendar will open where you can define the start and end dates during which the rule will apply.

  • Select days: Choose whether to apply the rule to all days or specify particular days (such as weekends or specific weekdays).

  • Percentage modification: Indicate the percentage increase or discount for this rule. You can also combine increases and discounts to further customize the rule to meet your specific needs.

  • Minimum stay rule (optional): Enable this option if you want to set or modify a minimum stay rule. You can increase or decrease the required number of nights for a stay.

Once all the details are configured, check that the information is correct before saving the rule by clicking the Submit button. If you wish to cancel the creation of this smart rule, simply click the Cancel button.
