Step-by-Step Currency Configuration
Go to the Left Sidebar Menu
Select Manage System.Select Languages and Currencies
Click on Languages and Currencies.View Currencies
You will see a list of currencies that are either visible or hidden on your website. If you only want the local currency to appear, you can disable, for example, the dollar by clicking on the currency status. It will automatically become invisible, and only the local currency (e.g., Chilean Peso - CLP) will be displayed.
Activate a Currency
If you need to reactivate a currency, simply click on the disabled currency to enable it again.
How to Add a New Currency:
Let's say you want to add Colombian Pesos (COP) to your website:
Enter Colombian Pesos as the name of the currency.
Set the conversion rate in relation to the dollar (e.g., 1 USD = 3,800 COP).
Use COP as the currency code.
Set the currency symbol as $.
Once the changes are saved, your website will display prices in US dollars, Chilean Pesos, and Colombian Pesos.
