How to Manage Payment Statuses in the Calendar View

In AlohaPro, you can easily manage the payment statuses of your reservations. Here are the key steps:

Access the Reservation:

  1. Go to the Calendar View in AlohaPro.

  2. Select the corresponding reservation.

Edit the Paid Amount:

  1. Hover over the reservation and click on the "Paid" option.

  2. Enter the amount paid by the guest. For example, if the guest paid half of the total amount, enter that amount and click "Pay."

  3. The reservation will change to yellow, indicating a partial payment.

Record the Full Payment:

  1. If the guest has made the full payment, enter the full amount and select the payment method.

  2. Click "Save." The system will record the full payment, and the reservation status will change to "Paid," with the outstanding balance showing as zero.

Payment History:
You can view the payment history in the corresponding section within the reservation. This will allow you to keep a detailed record of the payments made.

These steps will help you effectively manage the payments of your reservations, keeping the information updated and streamlining the management of your accommodation.
