Direct Bookings: How to Add a Reservation

In the Reservations (All Reservations) section, you can view all your bookings in detail, filter them by date, platform, and make modifications as needed.

Adding a Reservation from the All Reservations Section:

  1. Add a Reservation:

    • Click the “+ Add” button in the top-right corner.

  2. Enter Reservation Information:

    • If it’s a new guest, click “Add New Guest” and fill in all the required information.

    • If it’s a returning guest, filter by their name and select it. Their details will automatically populate.

  3. Complete the Details:

    • Enter the number of adults, children, total amount of the reservation, and save the information.

    • The new reservation will automatically appear in the calendar and on connected platforms.

Editing a Reservation in the All Reservations Section:

  1. Select the Reservation:

    • Click on the guest’s name whose reservation you wish to edit.

  2. Popup Window:

    • A window will appear on the left side with all the reservation details.

  3. Modify Information:

    • Make the necessary changes and save the information.

Deleting a Reservation in the All Reservations Section:

  1. Identify the Reservation:

    • Find the reservation you want to delete.

  2. Click “Options”:

    • On the right side of the reservation table, click on "Options."

  3. Select "Delete Reservation":

    • Confirm the action to delete the reservation.

This process will allow you to efficiently manage your direct bookings through the system.
