Adding a Reservation from the All Reservations Section:
Add a Reservation:
Click the “+ Add” button in the top-right corner.
Enter Reservation Information:
If it’s a new guest, click “Add New Guest” and fill in all the required information.
If it’s a returning guest, filter by their name and select it. Their details will automatically populate.
Complete the Details:
Enter the number of adults, children, total amount of the reservation, and save the information.
The new reservation will automatically appear in the calendar and on connected platforms.
Editing a Reservation in the All Reservations Section:
Select the Reservation:
Click on the guest’s name whose reservation you wish to edit.
Popup Window:
A window will appear on the left side with all the reservation details.
Modify Information:
Make the necessary changes and save the information.
Deleting a Reservation in the All Reservations Section:
Identify the Reservation:
Find the reservation you want to delete.
Click “Options”:
On the right side of the reservation table, click on "Options."
Select "Delete Reservation":
Confirm the action to delete the reservation.
This process will allow you to efficiently manage your direct bookings through the system.
