Aloha Pro offers two main methods to manage your bookings: through the Calendar View and the Reservations section. Below is a detailed guide to help you efficiently add, edit, and delete bookings in both views.

How to add a booking in the Calendar View

  1. Access the Calendar View
Go to the Calendar View from the main menu.

  2. Select dates and property
Choose the desired dates and the property you will use.

  3. Choose an action
A pop-up window will appear asking you what action you wish to take. Select Add Booking.

  4. Select the guest

    • Returning guest: If the guest has stayed before, you can use the data previously entered in the system.

    • New guest: If it's a new guest, click Add New Guest and complete their name, surname, country, and passport number.

  5. Enter booking details

    • Specify the number of adults and children.

    • Indicate the total room price.

    • Add any additional description related to the booking.

  6. Save the booking
Review the information entered. Save the details so the booking will automatically appear on the calendar.

⚠️ If you have more than one platform connected to Aloha Pro, such as Booking, Expedia, Airbnb, etc., all bookings added in the Calendar View will automatically sync with other platforms. This ensures the information is updated and the dates are marked as "booked" on all platforms due to the calendar synchronization.

How to delete a booking in the Calendar View

To delete a booking in Aloha Pro, follow these steps:

  1. Hover over the booking
Hover your mouse over the booking you want to delete (if you are using a computer).

  2. Access booking details
A pop-up window will appear with the booking details.

  3. Select "Delete Booking"
Inside the details, look for the Delete Booking option.

Click on this option to proceed with deleting the booking.
