How to Cancel a MercadoPago Subscription with Aloha Pro

If you need to cancel a subscription in Aloha, whether it's during the trial period or at any time during the month, follow these steps:

Access Your Mercado Pago Account:

  1. Log in to Mercado Pago with your username and password.

Go to the Subscriptions Section:

  1. In the left-hand menu, select "Your Subscriptions."

Find the Subscription You Want to Cancel:

  1. In the subscriptions section, look for the name of the plan you subscribed to before starting with Aloha Pro.

Cancel the Subscription:

  1. In the subscription details, select the "Cancel Subscription" option.

  2. Confirm the cancellation.

Confirmation of Cancellation:

  1. Once canceled, you will stop receiving future charges.

  2. Mercado Pago will notify the subscriber of the cancellation.

Additional Communication:
Even though Mercado Pago automatically notifies the subscriber, it’s recommended to send a message to Aloha Pro’s commercial department explaining the situation, if necessary.

By following these steps, you will have successfully canceled the user’s subscription in Mercado Pago, stopping any future charges associated with that subscription.

Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Verify that all your properties are disconnected and that the subscription has been successfully canceled.
