To obtain the PayPal Client Secret, follow these steps:
Log in to your PayPal Developer account:
Go to PayPal Developer and log in with your PayPal credentials.Access your application dashboard:
Once logged in, select the "Dashboard" menu and click on "Apps & Credentials."Select the environment type:
Choose between the Sandbox (for testing) or Live (for production) environment, depending on which one you need the Client Secret for. Make sure you are on the correct tab as the details for each environment differ.
Create a new application:
If you don’t have an application created, click on "Create App."
Assign a name to your application and select the PayPal account that will be associated with this app (for either Sandbox or Live).Obtain your credentials:
Once the app is created, you will be provided with a Client ID and a Client Secret.
The Client Secret will be hidden for security purposes. To view it, click on the "show" icon (typically represented by an eye).
Save your Client Secret:
Log in to AlohaPro and paste the PayPal secret keys into the payment methods section.
Store the Client Secret in a secure location. Do not share it with anyone, as it provides access to the PayPal API.
Remember that the Client Secret is sensitive information and should be kept private.
