Steps to Delete Cookies in Google Chrome:
Log Out from AlohaPro
Before deleting cookies, it’s important to log out from the platform. To do this, click on your profile and select Log Out.Access Site Information
Once logged out, go to the address bar and make sure you're on the AlohaPro login page: clientes.lojt.pro/login.
In the top left corner of the address bar, you will see either a lock icon or an information (i) icon indicating site information. Click on this icon.Manage Cookies and Site Data
After clicking on the icon, select Cookies and site data.
A pop-up window will appear with the option to Manage Data. Here, select the cookies related to AlohaPro and remove them.Delete the Data
Select both cookies and stored data, then click Delete. This will clear any data that might be affecting your login.Refresh and Log Back Into AlohaPro
Once the cookies have been deleted, refresh the login page to reload the information.
Enter your credentials again and log in to your account as usual.
