In the left-side menu, select Channel Manager.
Disconnect Channels:
For each connected platform, click on Actions and then select Edit.

Click on the symbol to remove the mapping:
Then, click Save and deactivate the channel by selecting Actions and then Deactivate.
Repeat this procedure for each connected channel in AlohaPro.
Remove Channels:
Once the channels are deactivated, ensure that all channels are correctly disconnected by checking that no active synchronizations are taking place.
Delete the channels from the Channel Manager by selecting Actions and then Remove.
3. Final Disconnection:
After downloading the necessary information, disconnecting your properties, and removing the channels, you can proceed to cancel your subscription by contacting the commercial department.
