How to Make Manual Payments to Your Bank Account via Aloha Pay

Aloha Pay offers two options for transferring funds to your bank account: automatic payments and manual payments. Here’s a breakdown of each option and how to enable manual payments.

Updated over a month ago

What is an Automatic Payment?

Automatic payments are the default method in Aloha Pay, where funds are transferred to your bank account automatically on a daily basis. This ensures you receive your money without needing to take any additional steps.

What is a Manual Payment?

With manual payments, the funds do not transfer automatically. You decide when to initiate the transfer to your bank account. This option is useful if you prefer to manage the flow of your funds according to your needs.

Steps to Enable Manual Payments

  1. Request Manual Payment Activation:

    • Contact Aloha Pro support and request that your Aloha Pay account switch to manual payments instead of automatic ones.

  2. Set Up and Use Manual Payments:

    • Once activated, go to the "Payments Made" section within your Aloha Pay dashboard.

    • You’ll see a section labeled "Available to transfer to your bank account."

    • When your funds are ready for withdrawal, a "Withdraw Now" button will appear. Click it to transfer the available funds to your linked bank account.

Advantages of Manual Payments

  • Greater Control: You decide when to transfer funds, giving you better control over your cash flow.

  • Flexibility: This is ideal if you want to accumulate funds before making a transfer.

Disadvantages of Manual Payments

  • Additional Action: Unlike automatic payments, you must log into the system manually to initiate the transfer of funds.
