Step 1 - Access the Aloha Pay Link
To start the registration process, visit the Aloha Pay login page at pay.aloha.co/login. From there, you can quickly and easily begin creating your account.
Step 2 - Select the Registration Option
When you access the Aloha Pay page, you will see three main options: login, change password, or register. To create a new account, click the "Register" button. This will take you to the registration form where you can enter your details and continue with the account creation process.
Step 3 - Complete the Registration Form
On the registration page, you will need to fill out the required fields with your personal information. Be sure to enter the following details accurately:
First Name and Last Name
Email Address
Country of Residence
Password
Confirm Password
Review that all the information is correct, and once all fields are completed, click the “Register” button to submit your account creation request.
Step 4 - Add Your Bank Information
After registering, you will be redirected to a page where you will need to enter your banking details to complete the setup of your Aloha Pay account. To start, click the “Add information” button, which will allow you to access the form to input your bank details.
Step 5 - Login Verification
After clicking “Add information,” a window will open asking you to enter your email address again. This step is a security measure to ensure that only you can add and manage your banking information. Once entered, press the “Submit” button.
Then, you will be prompted to enter your phone number, which will be used to verify your account. This process is essential to ensure the security of your account and confirm your identity.
Step 6 - Verification with Security Code
After entering your phone number, a tab will open where you will need to enter a 6-digit code. This code will be sent to the phone number you provided. Once you receive the message with the code, enter it in the corresponding fields to complete the verification of your account.
Step 7 - Verify Personal Data
After entering the 6-digit code for phone number verification, the next step is to verify your personal information. To do this, complete the following fields in the personal data verification section:
Full Legal Name
Email Address (the same one entered earlier)
Date of Birth
Unique Role/Personal ID/RUT/Identification Number
This step ensures that your personal data is verified and up-to-date, which is important for the security and proper use of your Aloha Pay account. Then, click the “Continue” button to proceed.
Step 8 - Add a Payment Account
Once you have completed the verification with the security code, you will be redirected to the main page of your Aloha Pay account. From there, you will need to add a payment account. To do this, follow these steps:
Select the option to add a payment account.
Complete the following fields with the required information:
Account Name
Bank
Account Number
Confirm Account Number
Account Type: Choose from the following options:
Checking Account: Used for frequent expenses and transactions.
Savings Account: Used for saving and earning interest, with more limited access.
Make sure all the data is correct before clicking the "Continue" button.
Step 9 - Review and Confirm Information
After verifying your personal data, a summary of your personal and banking information will be displayed. This step allows you to carefully review all details before proceeding.
Check that all information displayed is accurate:
Personal Information: Name, email, date of birth, etc.
Banking Information: Account name, bank, account number, and account type.
If you notice any errors, you can edit the information at this moment by clicking the "Edit" button.
Once you are sure that all information is correct and you agree with the Recipient Agreement, click the “Agree and Submit” button to confirm and proceed.
