Step 1: Access the Channel Manager in Aloha
Go to the Channels section within Aloha's Channel Manager.
Search for the Airbnb channel and select the Actions button.
Step 2: Go to the Listing Configuration
Click on the "Listing" tab (or "Listado" if the language is set to Spanish).
In this section, locate the "Actions" button and select it.
A dropdown menu will appear; choose Price Settings.
Step 3: Set the Cleaning Fee for Airbnb
Airbnb has two fields for the cleaning fee. Make sure to configure both fields, as failure to do so might result in bookings without the cleaning fee included. Also, ensure that the cleaning fee for short stays is set at a lower price, as this is a requirement from Airbnb.
Once you add the fee, save the changes and repeat the process for each unit listed on Airbnb.
