Document copies and scans must be in PDF format, taken directly from the original document. They must not be processed, converted, or embedded in other files.
A picture of a physical document must be the original, unprocessed image in JPEG or PNG format.
Screenshots are not acceptable.
If the back side of a document contains required information, make sure to submit it using the document_back parameter.
Image Quality:
Photos and scans of Photo IDs must be in color.
Photos of paper documents must be in color, but scans of paper documents (not Photo IDs) may be black and white.
Ensure that the images are not of low quality.

Documents must not be cropped or missing important pages. Ensure all borders are visible.
