How to Set Up the Reservation Notification Email

Properly configuring your email in AlojatePro is essential to ensure that all important notifications, such as bookings and customer messages, are sent to the correct email address. Follow these steps to set it up:

  1. Access Your AlohaPro Account:

    • Log in to your AlojatePro account with your credentials.

  2. Go to "Manage Website":

    • From the main menu, select the “Manage Website” option.

    • This section allows you to manage visible details on your website, including the contact email.

  3. Locate the Email Section:

    • Look for the field designated for the contact email in the header settings. This email will appear on your website as the primary contact method for your clients.

  4. Enter Your Email Address:

    • Enter the email address you want to display on your website.

    • Make sure it’s a valid email address that you have access to, as it’s where you’ll receive inquiries from site visitors.

  5. Save Changes:

    • Click the “Save” or “Update” button to apply the changes.

  6. Check Your Website:

    • Review your website to ensure that the email address is displayed correctly.
