Access Your AlohaPro Account
Log in to the AlohaPro platform using your credentials.Go to Your Profile
In the top-right corner of the screen, click on the blue circle with your avatar or profile picture.Select "Profile"
In the dropdown menu, select "Profile". This will take you to the section where you can configure and update your personal and business details.Enter Business Information
Within the profile section, find the area labeled "Business Information". Here, you can enter the required details:RNT: This is the National Tourism Registry. Enter the number corresponding to your establishment.
TRA Code (Token): Enter the code or token associated with your establishment for the TRA system.
Hotel Code or SIRE ID: Insert the identification code (SIRE) assigned to your hotel by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism in Colombia.
Save Changes
Once you’ve entered all the required information, make sure to save the changes before leaving the page.
Now your data will be properly registered, ensuring the full functionality of AlohaPro and proper guest communication.
