Step 1 - Log into the Aloha Pay Dashboard
Go to pay.aloha.co/login and log in using your email and password.

Step 2 - Select "Payment Link"
Once inside the Aloha Pay dashboard, locate and click on the 'Payment Link' option in the top menu.
Step 3 - Complete the Payment Link Details
In the Payment Link section, you will need to fill out several fields with the payment information. Ensure the following fields are completed:
Customer Name: Enter the full name of the person who will receive the payment link.
Customer Email: Provide the customer’s email address.
Currency: Choose the currency in which you want the payment link to be generated.
Amount: Enter the total amount to be charged.
Amount Converted to USD: This field will auto-populate with the conversion to USD.
Expiration Date: Set a date by which the payment link will expire.
Description: Add a brief description of the payment (e.g., "Room Payment" or "Product Purchase").
Once all information is filled out, click the Create Payment Link button to generate the link.
Step 4 - Confirm and Share the Payment Link
After clicking Create Payment Link, a confirmation window will appear stating that the link was successfully created. Click OK to finalize the process.
At the bottom of the screen, you'll see the details of the payment link you just created, including the link itself.
You can share the link in two ways:
Send via Email: Use the integrated option to send the link directly to the customer’s email.
Copy Link: Click the copy option to get the link and share it via your preferred platform (e.g., messaging, social media, etc.).
By following these steps, you’ll be able to create and share secure payment links quickly and easily through Aloha Pay.
