  1. Go to your cPanel URL (e.g., yourdomain.com/cpanel).

  2. Log in with your username and password.

Step 2: Find the "Zone Editor" Section

  1. In the main cPanel dashboard, look for the Domains category.

  2. Click on Zone Editor.

Step 3: Select the Domain

  1. In the list of domains, find the domain where you want to add the CNAME record.

  2. Click on +CNAME RECORD next to the domain.

Step 4: Complete the CNAME Record Information

  1. Name: Enter the subdomain name (e.g., "blog" if you want "blog.yourdomain.com").

  2. Destination or Address: Specify the address you want the subdomain to point to (e.g., example.com or service.example.com).

  3. TTL: Leave it at its default value (usually 14400 or 4 hours).

Step 5: Save the Changes

  1. Click Save or Add a CNAME Record to apply the changes.

Step 6: Verify the Configuration

  1. Use tools like https://dnschecker.org to confirm that the CNAME record has propagated correctly.
