The communication module is designed to keep all guest communication centralized in one place. With this module, you can create customized message templates so that, whenever you receive a new booking, the guest checks in or checks out, they receive an automatic message from the property.
This module allows integration with platforms such as Booking, Airbnb, Expedia, and also direct reservations received through the property's website.
How to Add an Automatic Message
To set up an automatic message, follow these steps:
Go to the Communication section, located in Manage System.
Click on the upper right button labeled Add.
Configure the message:
Select the trigger: Check-in, Check-out, or New Booking.
Set the message type: Choose whether the message should be sent instantly or scheduled after a specific number of hours.
Select the booking channel: Booking, Airbnb, or direct channel.
Assign a name to the message: Example: Welcome, Booking Request, Farewell.
Configure the message content:
Aloha provides indicators that allow you to personalize your messages, automatically adapting to each guest's booking details.
Example message:
Hello {huesped-principal-nombre},
We hope you’ve settled in well and are enjoying your stay. Please let us know if you need anything or if we can assist you in any way.
