How to Add and Remove a Block

Blocking dates in Aloha Pro is a useful feature to manage the availability of your properties, whether for maintenance, special events, or any other reason. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to block dates and how to remove a block when it is no longer needed.

Add a Block
To block dates, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Calendar View from the Aloha Pro main menu.

  2. Select the dates you want to block by dragging the cursor over the corresponding days.

  3. The system will ask what action you would like to take. Select "Add Block."

  4. You can include an optional description for the block, such as "Maintenance" or "Private Event."

  5. Confirm the block.

The blocked dates will not be available for bookings and will sync with all calendars connected to Aloha Pro.

To Remove a Block:

  1. Go back to the Calendar View and select the block you want to remove.

  2. Click on the block and choose the option to delete it.

  3. Confirm the action.

Blocking and unblocking dates is easy and allows you to manage the availability of your properties according to your needs.
