Step-by-Step Guide Disconnecting a Connectivity Provider without Connecting a New One

Updated over a month ago

To disconnect from your current connectivity provider without connecting to a new one, follow these steps:

  1. Log into the Extranet
Sign in to your Booking.com extranet.

  2. Go to Account and Select Connectivity Provider
Click on "Account" and select "Connectivity Provider" from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click Deactivate to Cancel the Connection
Click on "Deactivate" to disconnect from your current provider.

  4. Revert to Previous Settings
Once the connection is deactivated, your previous settings will be restored. You will be able to manually manage your rates, availability, and bookings again.

Before deactivating or changing the connection, contact your current connectivity provider to check if you also need to cancel the agreement directly with them.

If you later decide to connect to a new provider, simply follow the steps in the "Select a Connectivity Provider for the First Time" section.
